10. PDF flyers created for email marketing to both agents and prospective buyers. Email blast to all realtors in the marketing area for all new listings.

12. Copies of ads are e-mailed or mailed on a regular basis.

13. Just Listed cards get mailed to the immediate area as soon as a listing is active.
